Komilla Sutton ist die Mitbegründerin und Vorsitzende von BAVA (British Association for Vedic Astrology). Sie ist Autorin der Bücher Vedic Love Signs, Lunar Nodes - Crisis and Redemption,und Vedic Astrology und Essentials of Vedic Astrology. Komilla schreibt außerdem eine Kolumne für „Transit“ und hat zahlreiche Artikel im „Mountain Astrologer“ veröffentlicht, dem AA Journal und ebenso dem „The Lodge Quaterly“ Sie bietet regelmäßige Kurse an in London, den USA und India. Die Macht des Navamsas und anderer wichtiger Vargas The Power of Navamsha and other important Varga
Das Navamsa ist das wichtigste aller Vargas. Es zeigt sowohl die Ergebnisse des Rasis als auch der Nakshatras an. Es entscheidet über das grundlegende Fundament, so dass keine Horoskopanalyse ohne Berücksichtigung des Navamas erfolgt. Es zeigt auch die Stärke der Planeten an und vieles andere mehr: Partnerschaft, Beruf, Weg zum Moksha, Talente, Kinder usw. Ob die Seele die Ziele verwirklichen können wird, die sie anstrebt, wird im Navamsa abgelesen. Neben dem Navamsa werden noch einige ausgewählte Vargas betrachtet, die für das Verständnis des eigenen Lebensweges und der spirituellen Ausrichtung unentbehrlich sind. Navamsha is the most important divisional chart. It gives the result of the dual influences of rasi and nakshatra. Navamsha is the basic foundation of the rashi chart, no analysis of the natal chart is done without understanding the navamsha. Navamsha also shows the power of the planets. Navamsha represents the accumulation of dharma of past lives. Navamsha deals with lots more - relationships, career, path of moksha, talents, children etc. Will the soul achieve its ambitions in this life is studied from the navamsha. Apart from Navamsa we will discuss a few selected other Vargas, which are essential for the understanding of one´s path in life and spiritual direction.



Britta Niebuhr Lantzen  
Britta Niebuhr Lantzen, am 15.04.1958 in Solingen geboren, ist seit 29 Jahren als Heilpraktikerin tätig. Sie ist Beisitzerin
im Heilpraktikerprüfungsausschusses des Gesundheitsamtes Solingen und Hauptanteilseigner einer Immobiliengesellschaft. Sie übt eine beratende Tätigkeit in medizinischen und wirtschaftlichen Fragen aus. Seit 2003 erweiterte Sie Ihre Arbeit als Heilpraktikerin durch das alte Wissen der Nordindischen Astrologie.

..wie sieht ein Saturntransit durchs 8. Haus vom Mond in der Realität denn wirklich aus?
Anhand von drei Praxisbeispielen wohlhabender Patienten möchte Britta Niebuhr-Lantzen berichten welche Ereignisse in dieser Zeitspanne ins Leben kamen, wie sie erlebt und bewältigt wurden. Und das so individuell wie die Horoskope der einzelnen Personen.
Vorweg gesagt: Was wir in der Theorie erlernen, ja das stimmt mit der Realität überein!


Edith Hathaway  
Edith Hathaway ist eine international anerkannte Beraterin (seit 1980), Autorin und Referentin im Gebiet der Vedischen Astrologe und sie gehört zu den wenigen zeitgenössischen Astrologen, die sowohl in der westlichen als auch der östlichen Astrologie ausgebildet und zertifiziert sind. Sie hat das Level IV Zertifikat als Beratende Astrologin vom National Council of Geocosmic Research (1989) absolviert, hat den Master in Astro*Carto*Grapher bei Jim Lewis (1988)erworben, trägt den Titel „Jyotish Kovid“ vom Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (1996), und CVA Jyotish Visharda sowie CVA Jyotish Kovid vom (American) Council of Vedic Astrology (2010).



Edith Hathaway is an international consultant (in practice since 1980), author, teacher, and lecturer of Vedic astrology, and among the few contemporary astrologers trained and certified in systems of both East and West. She holds the Level IV certification as Consulting Astrologer from the National Council of Geocosmic Research (1989), Master Astro*Carto*Grapher certification from Jim Lewis (1988), Jyotish Kovid from the Indian Council of Astrological Sciences (1996), and CVA Jyotish Visharda and CVA Jyotish Kovid from the (American) Council of Vedic Astrology (2010).
She was a Founding member of the American Council of Vedic Astrology (1993).  Since 1992 she has been on the faculty of the American Council (and American College) of Vedic Astrology, and on the Boards of both organizations (1995-2010). Her 18.5 hour Audio course on the Vedic Ascendant charts was produced in 2002 and her new book is expected out in early 2012, In Search of Destiny: Biography, History & Culture As Told Through Vedic Astrology. Auf der Suche nach dem Schicksal In Search of Destiny
Aus ihrem neuen Buch „In Search of Destiny: Biography, History & Culture As Told Through Vedic Astrology“ stellt Edith Auszüge vor. Sie ist in langjährigen Studien zu einigen sehr interessanten Ergebnissen gekommen, beispielsweise wie enorm die Aszendenten die Schlüsselrolle spielen in Bezug auf die primäre Ausdrucksweise des eigenen Dharmas oder Lebenssinns. Durch das Verständnis des Aszendenten offenbart sich das Schicksal eines Menschen oder Wesens. Auch die Positionen der 9 Planeten zueinander werden kritisch ausgewertet, ebenso deren Position vom Chandralagna aus und schließlich auch von der Sonne. Außerdem wird das Vimsottari Dasaystem als ein weiterer, wichtiger Faktor unter die Lupe genommen. Drawing from her new book, In Search of Destiny: Biography, History & Culture As Told Through Vedic Astrology, Edith brings together important principles and examples from the 12 Vedic Ascendant charts. How Vedic astrology organizes complex material will become clearer, including how the Ascendant is the primary expression of the Dharma, or life’s purpose, and therefore key to understanding the destiny of an individual or an entity. The placement of the 9 classical Vedic planets from each other and from the Ascendant is critical. Their placement from the Moon as Ascendant is next in importance, and thirdly from the Sun. The Vimshottari Dasha sequence of the planets is also a major key.



Maria Luise Mathis  
Mag. Maria Luise Mathis studierte Sozial- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Sie ist ausgebildet in traditioneller Astrologie, ebenso wie in psychologischer und esoterischer Astrologie Vor mehr als 10 Jahren begann sie ihre Studien in vedischer Astrologie und ist DGVA Geprüfte Astrologin mit Lehrberechtigung. Sie ist Autorin des Combin-Buches und von In Harmonie mit dem Kosmos- Was Ihnen die Sterne über Ihre Gesundheit verraten. In zahlreichen Veröffentlichungen, Vortragen, Kongressbeiträgen und ebenso Fernsehbeiträgen trägt Maria Luise seit Jahren zur Weiterentwicklung und Anerkennung der Astrologie bei. Sie unterrichtet in der von ihr gegründeten Österreichischen Schule für Astrologie - Astromatis® und am WIFI St. Pölten. Als NÖ-Berufsgruppensprecherin der AstrologInnen engagiert sie sich in der Wirtschafts-Kammer.

Vinay Aditya  
Vinay Aditya ist der Autor des bekannten Buches über das Ashtaka Varga System Dots of Destiny und sein zweites Buch zu diesem Thema Practice of Ashtaka Varga ist ebenfalls vor kurzem erschienen. Er ist ein ehemaliger Student der IIT Kanpur und praktiziert Vedische Astrologie seit mehr als 20 Jahren. Zusammen mit Dr. K. S. Charak hat er das Magazin „Vedic Astrology Magazine“ herausgegeben. Vinay unterrichtet Vedische Astrologie seit mehr als 10 Jahren in den USA, Deutschland und England und in Indien seit 18 Jahren.

Vinay Aditya is the author of a famous book on the Ashtakavarga called Dots of Destiny. His next book Practice of Ashtakavarga is also out recently. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur, and has been practicing and teaching Vedic Astrology for the past twenty years. He was Associate Editor of the Vedic Astrology Magazine published from India with Dr. K.S. Charak as the editor. Vinay has been teaching Vedic Astrology in USA, Germany and England for more than 10 years, and in India for the last 18 years.

Ediths umfassende Forschungen auf diesem Gebiet begannen in der Mitte der 90er und der ersten Vortrag zu diesem Thema war bereits 2002, gefolgt von weiteren Veröffentlichungen zwischen 2003 und 2010. Die wirksamen Prinzipien und deren Verständnis sind sowohl für persönliche als auch für Mundan Horoskope gültig und werden in diesem Vortrag genau beleuchtet. Edith’s extensive research on this subject began in the mid-1990s, with first lectures (2002) and articles published in three astrological journals (2003 to 2010). Effective operating principles and numerous examples provide important implications for both natal and mundane charts.
